After the night race at Suzuka International Racing Course in Japan last October 4 for the 2009 Formula 1 Fuji Television Japanese Grand Prix, Formula 1 heads back to Autodromo Carlos Pace in San Paulo, Brazil for the 16th race of the season the Formula 1 Grande Premio Petrobras Do Brazil 2009.

Sebastian Vettel fought this way to the finish line and took his 3rd win in the season at Japan. Jarno Trulli who trail Vettel’s was un-successful to overtake the leader and finished at 2nd place. Lewis Hamilton was satisfied in his race in Japan completing the race at 3rd place.

Jenson Button already sure to the driver of the year when he leads the driver’s standing with 85 points. Brawn-Mercedes Teammate Rubens Barrichello only holds the 2^nd place with 71 point. And Sebastian Vettel got 65 points at 3rd place.

Also, Brawn-Mercedes still leads the team standings with 156 points, followed by RBR-Renault with 120.5 points at 2nd place and Ferrari only got 67 points at 3rd place.

RBR-Renault had to make sure for a 1-2 finishes for the last 2 race of the year in able to win take the lead in the team standings. Will they make the move? Don’t miss it……..

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series goes back to Lowe’s Motor Speedway n Charlotte, North Carolina for the NASCAR Banking 500 only from Bank of America in the Chase for the Sprint Cup this Saturday.

Jimmie Johnson regain his lead in the driver’s standing after winning the race in Fontana for the Pepsi 500 at Auto Club Speedway and taking his 5th win in the Sprint Cup Series. Jeff Gordon also move 2 ranks in the standing after taking the 2nd finishers n Pepsi 500. Juan Montoya retains his 3rd rank in the standings after completing the race in Fontana in 3rd place. Mark Martin the former driver’s standing leader now in second rank after finishing the race in 4th rank.

NASCAR Nationwide Series head to Charlotte, North Carolina for the 2nd time this year after the 2009 Carquest Auto Parts 300 last May. Now, Lowe’s Motor Speedway will host the 2009 Dollar General 300 this Friday.

Joey Logano uses the momentum and take the race lead after Greg Biffle mistakenly spin at the wall. He already won his 5th race this season at 2009 Copart 300 last week at Auto Club Speedway at Fontana. Bryan Vickers took 2nd place and Carl Edwards captured 3rd place.

There’s no change in the driver standings with Kyle Busch in 1st, Cal Edwards in 2nd, and Brad Keselowski in 3rd rank.
